Background
The 90 Years of La Boite archive is maintained by La Boite Theatre Inc (La Boite).
In these terms, the expressions 'we', 'us' and 'our' are references to La Boite.
We maintain this archive for the public benefit of preserving the rich history and legacy of La Boite, and to foster understanding and appreciation among the performing arts community from generation to generation. Both La Boite and this archive is maintained on a not-for-profit basis.
We have collected 90 years of photos, posters, programs and much more. Subject to these terms, we invite you to explore our history and add your own comments, memories and photos to this evolving history.
Acceptance of terms
If you access or submit material to this archive, you agree to be bound by the terms listed below and any other laws or regulations which apply to this archive. If you do not accept these terms, you must not access this archive. We reserve the right to amend these terms from time to time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon notification on this archive. Your continued access to this archive following that notification represents an agreement by you to be bound by the terms as amended.

La Boite Theatre Inc (referred to in this document as La Boite, we, us, or our) recognises that your privacy is important and we are committed to protecting the personal information we collect from you. The Privacy Act 1988(Cth) (Privacy Act), Australian Privacy Principles and registered codes govern the way in which we must manage your personal information. This Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, use, disclose and otherwise manage your personal information. Please note that this Privacy Policy is to be read subject to any overriding provisions of law or contract.

We will still continue to send you required service related emails, such as booking confirmation emails and tickets.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that our service providers are carefully chosen and have policies, procedures and systems in place to keep personal information secure.
When your personal information is no longer required and if permitted by law, we will destroy or delete it from our systems in a secure manner. However, we may be required by law to retain certain information - for example, under thePublic Records Act 2002 (Qld).

However, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as totally secure and accordingly, we cannot warrant or ensure the security of any information you provide to us over the Internet.
